Agile Transformations in the VUCA ( Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world are as uncertain as the environment in which they happen. Many times they are susceptible to perception and agendas of the sponsors of transformation. Yes, most of us have experienced that transformations are not felt meaningful/successful by stakeholders(employees, customers, business). How can we make use of the scientific principles of “Product Development Flow” to anchor successes of agile transformations!
I would like to share my thoughts and experiences on how we can apply these principles to the stages or the challenges in Agile Transformation in the organization.
Let’s look at what could be possible success patterns and anti-patterns while applying these principles to agile transformation.
