In this panel discussion, we will be learning from the experiences of six women from five continents, how Agility has helped them make impact, while also progressing in their careers.
Listening to women over the years and through the Women Powered Up monthly events that shines the light on women in career. We are able to have a peek as to the peculiar challenges women face on their career path.
Hence, WeMentor came up with a noble idea to take up the challenge of mentoring women and introducing them to the concept of Agility in their career choices. The experiences of the panelist, we hope will give women around the globe the zeal and enthusiasm, backed with an appropriate knowledge to get back on track to making an impact in their spheres of influence.

Priya Patra: a mother of two, Author, Blogger, Women Empower believer, Dreamer, Creator and a Futurist. An Agile Evangelist and a Program Manager spearheading digital transformation, digital quality assurance and quality engineering program for a large conglomerate in Lifesciences domain. She Leads Agile Community of Practice within the organization of 546 members, across 40 countries evangelizing Agile practices across all levels in the organization. She is speaker for national and International conferences on Digital, Agile and Project Management

Arqui Santos: A mother of one boy, lawyer for more than 15 years and manager in public institutions for over 8 years. Public services person at her core, she has always been in the public project sector, teaching different legal matters and helping others meet their goals.
Focus on project tools and how this can help us to get better results in our project, add value to the organization through the project cycle, the governance, the strategy, values, and managing organizational change.

Meghana Parwate: An Enterprise Agile coach with expertise in Agile Transformation of large to complex matrix, geographically dispersed and virtual IT and ITeS organizations. Meghana is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5) and Seasoned IT Professional with rich experience in multiple on-shore / off-shore diverse global teams and roles in PMO.

Ipsita Mishra: A super mom of a super girl, a technologist and agilist for more than 15 years. She is an agile coach, leader, and a storyteller from Australia. Her rich experience comes from applying agility at various organization and business domains. Early this year, she was recognized as a ‘personal agility ambassador’ for imbibing agility in every aspect of life, both personal and professional.

Grace Johnson: a fresh and exciting voice in the Global Agile community and is dedicated to raising the African Agile abilities and voice across her native Nigeria and beyond. She sees the potential of the Agile frameworks in transforming the conditions of people in her country. Grace is dedicated to lifelong learning and giving everyone the opportunity to embrace their true potential!

Cecilia Boggi: Cecilia is executive Director of activePMO, Consulting and Training in Project Management and Leadership. Professor of international Universities and Business Schools. She is a speaker at conferences in Latin and North America since 2008. She served as the President of PMI Buenos Aires Chapter in 2011.
She has been a Mentor of PMI Region 13 Southern Latin America during the years[masked].
