Event Details

Our world has changed. It has become more volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. We are now more reliant on technology and increasingly driven by process, and with that, a reduced reliance on our fellow humans. The promise of Agile and the myriad of new ways of working aren’t working… there also needs to be a new way of thinking. Learn how to make better decisions faster using applied critical thinking.

Learning outcomes
* A brief history of Red Team Thinking
* An overview of the science and psychology behind this revolutionary method
* An introduction to the tools and techniques of red teaming
* How to enable critical and contrarian thinking without fear of reprisal
* Realisation that new Ways of Working require a new Way of Thinking

Marcus Dimbleby
As an agilist and former Head of Agile at Lloyds bank, senior military officer and natural-born contrarian I’ve always found that there’s something missing in most organisations – the ability to challenge without fear of reprisal. That’s why I am passionate about the capabilities of centuries-old red teaming and how it enables people to challenge effectively and make better decisions faster
