“Is innovation always useful? When does it hamper us? Is innovation a prerequisite for success?”” We will cover this using the Liberating Structures “”Impromptu Networking”” and “”Conversation Café””. Liberating Structures are easy-to-learn microstructures that enhance relational coordination and trust. They quickly foster lively participation in groups of any size, making it possible to truly include and unleash everyone. Learning outcomes
They will learn how to use Liberating Structures to involve an entire group in getting more insight or working towards a solution. They will also get take-aways on the theme “”Do we always need to be innovative?””

Patricia Verploegh Chassé is a trainer and certified Agile Coach and Scrum Master. She has a great passion for helping individuals, teams and organizations in unleashing their potential in a creative way.
