Following a passion – it’s community building

‘….following a passion’, it’s community building. This realisation changes their entire approach. They find a shared vocabulary and a connection with others just like them. Most importantly, they start to get a thirst to become really good at it. The world needs skilled community builders today The world needs people like you who can connect, unite and lead us away from loneliness and towards a shared sense of purpose and mission. We need people like you who can help organisations harness the incredible power of getting staff and customers helping and supporting one another. We need someone who can take groups of people and, like electrons in a magnet, get us all aligned so we can achieve something greater together. Every time you create a connection between two or more people, you’re igniting a powerful spark. Sure, some might fizzle out quickly, but others start a fire that continues to burn for years, even decades. Members might exchange advice, work together on a common goal, or may even build a long-term friendship. And when this takes place in a group, you unleash more energy than you can imagine. When our proverbial electrons are aligned in a community, they naturally pull in newcomers and create a shared effort to achieve something far beyond what any single person can achieve alone.
