3rd Parties (event organisers) are expected to adhere to the festival Community Policy in addition to their own community policies. 3rd Parties must not use sexualised clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualised environment.
If anyone intentionally engages in harassing behaviour, the organisers may take any action they deem appropriate. Since this is an international festival, we encourage everyone to be mindful of the cultural norms.
We are creating a safe experience for everyone bringing people together, expressing fresh voices and learning from each other.
Feel free to contact us and make us aware of any breach of this policy. This community cares for all and promotes safe spaces. We expect participants to follow these rules at all times.
Organisers agree to supply a copy of their event (Video, Audio and Images) for the Festival Archive email to arrange transfer of file.
Each event organiser will take responsibility and liability for the Privacy and Data Security of participants data on the systems they use to organise their events. Further they indemnify the Access Agile Festival from any liability that they may create.
